Hello there! We are Shanae and Aaron. Our passion for hospitality began 10 years ago at the beautiful Slot Canyon Inn in Escalante, UT.

Aaron knows the owner, and found out that year that she could use some help in the kitchen and on the grounds in preparation for peak season.

So, being poor newly-weds, we went and worked for a few days at the Inn for our anniversary - Shanae in the kitchen, whipping up coffee cake, granola and homemade bread, and Aaron on the grounds digging worms out of compost and feeding the farm animals.

We worked from 4:30 AM until early afternoon, then hiked slot Canyons for the rest of the day. That fun little "work to stay" experience is where our love for hospitality began.

We realized we wanted to experience the beauty of the great outdoors without sacrificing comfort and convenience (especially now with four littles in tow). With our shared passion for travel and hospitality, we decided to create a cozy vacation home rental that offers the best of both worlds.
