We've got an unbeatable location right downtown Garden City (especially if you have little people in tow), with a 3-minute walk to Bear Lake's famous shakes, restaurants, mini-golf, bike path, pickleball courts & a just few blocks from public beach access. There's also easy access to ATV trails and Beaver Mountain skiing and snowboarding is just a 15-minute drive up the canyon in the winter months. Our home is the definition of convenient recreation.
With families in mind, our townhouse offers a cozy setting - utilizing every living space to the fullest potential.

We've stocked the kitchen with basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, flatware, plates, bowls, and cups hoping to make your stay easy and convenient. An Instapot, griddle, toaster, Ninja blender, and coffee dripper are included as well to lighten your cooking load.
There is a foldable table with extra chairs in the garage if needed.
Our townhouse is a new build in a location that is still in development. On weekdays, you may witness the sights and sounds of construction. Please be respectful to workers and stay out of building sites.
Our townhouse has three designated parking spots - one in the garage (compact cars only), one directly in front of the garage, and another adjacent to that in front of our unit's main floor window (see listing photos for a visual on parking parameters).
Even though we are an end unit, parking is not allowed on grass or gravel. This is a townhouse complex so parking resembles that of a small parking lot as our unit is connected to other units. It can be tight on busy weekends! If you need extra parking, there is an overflow parking lot south of the complex, however, it is first come first serve only and not guaranteed especially on busy weekends or holidays.

Additional notesThis is a newly built townhouse in a community still under construction. There will likely be adjacent construction on neighboring townhouses during your stay. Please be respectful to workers and building sites by staying out of new construction sites.
Neighborhood overviewThis is a brand new townhome complex in the heart of Garden City. It is 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach.
Getting aroundThe Casita is located right downtown, so walking is convenient to access restaurants, shakes and the beach. The marina is 1 mile north.
Parking during busy or holiday weekends can be tight. The complex parking is that of a small business parking lot. There are three places to park per unit, but you may be required to park next to a vehicle you don't own if you bring more than 3 vehicles.
